Perfect Horticulture and Ceramics Consult is a well structured and focused integrated manufacturing & designing ceramics company with a vision of becoming an industry leader in Ghana, Africa and the world at large. With our production sites and business offices in lapaz and Pokuase respectively, and affiliate offices and warehouse in wood works and basketry, the Company has a wide footprint in Ghana with significant experience in Africa and Europe.

Perfect Horticulture and Ceramics Consult has meticulously established itself as a leader in the consultancy, remodeling and retouching of the ceramics industry by being innovative and leveraging its relationships to introduce new design technologies, decorations and concepts to its cherished clients. With the belief in sharing, idea creation and innovative thinking, we collaborate with other international experts in craftwork, we provide a broad range of workshops, seminars, training and advisory services that leads to entrepreneurial skills to reduce unemployment.

DANIEL AMOH ANSAH

Founder and CEO

A Marketing Expert, with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management, and corporate sponsorships. He has worked in strategic business development and marketing at several companies. Notable is his two years as marketing Manager for Unique ceramics Company Limited, where he directed major sponsorships and other partnering initiatives.

ESI ANQUANDAH SACKEY

HR and Business Support Manager

A seasoned Administration and HR practitioner with over 5 year’s experience in Human Capital Management. Esi is a graduate of University of Ghana, Legon. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in Accra Ghana and currently a student member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practice(IHRMP-Ghana)

ERIC AGYEMANG

Head of Creativity & Production

A trainer, designer and contemporary research consultant in terms of standardized production of pottery products with over 10 years’ experience in pottery consultancy. Eric loves teaching his craft and is available upon request (Kindly channel request through the comment section of this website). As a graduate, he has experience and knowledge in ceramics, Landscaping, woodworks and Basketry. He always believes in doing it right.

ABIGAIL OPARE ANSAH

Head of Finance

As a Bachelor of Science in Administration ( Banking and Finance ) from the Pentecost University,
She has established herself as a seasoned credit Officer and auditor that enables her to be an expert in Data Collection and Analysis.

MELINDA BOATEMAA SARPONG

Head of Policy & Research

A confident, smart and hardworking woman whose key ambition is to contribute her quota to the development of society. With her background in development planning, she has a strong report writing capability and team spirit. Her experience as a research assistant has given her hands-on experience in data collection and analysis. As a Master of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Management student, she is abreast with, among others, issues related to the effective and efficient administration and management of resources in any organization.

EBENEZER K. B. ATTAH

Computer and Software Engineer

As a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Kumasi, he has established himself as a dynamic and competent Engineer, equipped with latest tools, techniques and knowledge that enables him to handle emerging technologies and prove himself as a valuable resource person. He has knowledge and experience in Electronics, Networking, Programming, Troubleshooting Electric and Electronic devices and Playing Piano.
